Key Responsibilities • Check generated responses for understandable language, consistent criteria, and unsupported conclusions.

- Compare two outputs and select the one that handles the scenario more fairly.
- Record the deciding wording or contextual evidence in clear English.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements • Confident spoken English and clear written communication.

- Dependable attention to fair communication details.
- Ability to apply fairness criteria consistently to scenario-based content.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
