Working autonomously, the role coordinates HR, Technology, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, Finance, Product Management, platform owners, and vendors.

Responsibilities span governance, contracts, roadmaps, invoices, renewals, risks, and RFP support.Key Responsibilities:

Own HR technology vendor relationships and stakeholder coordinationDefine KPIs, SLAs, commitments, outcomes, and feedbackPlan quarterly business reviews and manage vendor accountabilitySupport contracts, renewals, negotiations,



and commercial protectionsEvaluate roadmaps, invoices, renewals, RFPs, and implementationsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSeven or more years of relevant experienceEnterprise software vendor management and contract negotiation experienceExperience coordinating QBRs, KPIs, renewals, and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong negotiation, financial management, judgment, and follow-throughApply HR technology governance, commercial judgment, and vendor relationship expertise across McKesson’s evolving platforms.
