Lead construction safety across Metro Vancouver with Pagnotta Inc., applying WorkSafeBC expertise and multi-site HSE leadership. Travel to other BC project sites as needed. The HSE Supervisor creates and maintains secure, healthy work environments across Pagnotta Inc. operations.

This role develops policies, oversees regulatory compliance, supports site safety staff, and represents the company on EH&S; matters. It protects workers, the public, and the company through due diligence. Key Responsibilities:

Develop EH&S; policies, programs, and training Promote safety-first practices across projects and divisions Oversee HSE Coordinators and site safety staff Lead regulatory relationships and incident investigations Maintain COR certification across operations Requirements:

Construction safety leadership experience with multi-site responsibility CSP, CRSP, NCSO, or equivalent designation Knowledge of WorkSafeBC OH&S; Regulation Experience maintaining and auditing COR certification Strong communication, investigation, and training skills Apply construction safety leadership, WorkSafeBC knowledge, and HSE oversight to Pagnotta Inc.’s Metro Vancouver operations.
