As Human Resources Director, you will advise executive leaders and execute broad HR priorities. Your work spans talent management, total rewards, employee relations, culture, change management, and workforce planning. You will connect Canadian needs with North American and global HR direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business priorities into Canadian HR strategy and measurable outcomes
- Manage workforce planning, organizational design, and role clarification

and employee relations
- Lead culture, communications, and North York relocation transition planning

Requirements:
- 13+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 3+ years in an HR Director or comparable senior role
- Executive leadership partnership experience across multiple HR disciplines
- Canadian and Ontario employment practices knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
