Manager, you will help keep core people processes organized while supporting a safe and compliant workplace. You will coordinate WorkSafeBC matters, health and safety committee administration, employee records, work permits, perks, payroll processes, and onboarding. The position also supports employee relations and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Joint Health and Safety Committee responsibilities
- Coordinate WorkSafeBC claims, injury reports, and return-to-work plans
- Support employment standards, safety requirements, and company policies
- Track work permits, visas,



and immigration processes
- Coordinate benefits, leave, payroll, timecards, and employee records Requirements:
- Five or more years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of British Columbia employment standards
- Hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
