Founded in 2016, Guide Me Away is a Canadian boutique travel agency specializing in personalized, concierge-style travel experiences. From luxury all-inclusive vacations and cruises to destination weddings, group travel, family getaways, and custom international journeys, we create memorable travel experiences tailored to our clients. As a licensed British Columbia travel agency and proud member of TRAVELSAVERS and the Affluent Traveler Collection, we combine the personal service of an independent agency with the resources, supplier relationships, and industry connections of a larger travel network.

Forget the planning. We actively invest in our website, marketing campaigns, brand presence, and referral network to attract new clients. Advisors have opportunities to receive qualified travel inquiries and convert them into bookings, rather than relying exclusively on their own client base.

We're building a selective, collaborative team where advisors are valued, ideas are heard, and individual contributions matter. Work closely with experienced agency leadership without navigating multiple corporate departments or complicated support structures. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to our growth while developing your own successful travel business. Plan and book personalized vacations, cruises, all-inclusive packages, group travel, and custom international itineraries. Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, budgets, and expectations.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Manage reservations, payments, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.

Develop your own client portfolio through referrals, networking, and repeat business. Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, industry developments, and travel regulations. We're looking for passionate, motivated Travel Advisors who take pride in their work and want to grow their business with a supportive, established agency.

Previous experience as a Travel Advisor, Travel Agent, or Travel Consultant. Strong knowledge of travel suppliers, booking platforms, and vacation planning. Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Additional assets: An existing client base or established travel business.

Experience selling luxury vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, destination weddings, groups, or custom itineraries. Familiarity with Canadian travel regulations and supplier systems. Relevant travel industry certifications or hospitality training. An existing client base is an asset, but not required.
