As Category Manager – Indirect, you will develop sourcing strategies for components, finished goods, and resale products. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Planning to align regional initiatives with global procurement objectives. The role focuses on supplier partnerships, commercial agreements, cost savings, cash flow, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop category sourcing strategies across North American product categories

Lead supplier selection, negotiations, agreements, and relationship management

Analyze markets, pricing, trends, performance, and supply risks

Drive sourcing compliance, alternate sources,



savings, and working capital

Support supplier trials, qualification, approvals, and product development

Requirements

College or university supply chain education or CSCMP certification

Minimum seven years progressive procurement experience

At least five years in category management or strategic sourcing

Contract negotiation, vendor management, and measurable cost savings experience

ERP, procurement reporting, Excel, communication, and analytical skills
