Develop industrial applications for Celestica’s Newmarket operations, integrating production equipment while designing resilient storage and recovery systems.

As a Level 08 individual contributor, you will create technical solutions across multiple engineering areas.

Responsibilities include researching system concepts, preparing proposals, interpreting customer documentation, and coordinating engineering work. You will also test performance, solve complex problems, and maintain applications supporting changing manufacturing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Research systems ideas and develop plans

Create technical proposals with solutions and timelines

Design systems meeting customer and Celestica needs

Test, simulate, measure, and troubleshoot system performance

Create reports and technical documentation

Requirements

Five to seven years of related experience

Bachelor degree or equivalent education and experience

Java, PHP, HTML, and SQL programming skills

Experience designing solutions across two technical areas

Occasional travel may be required

Use application development, systems architecture, testing, and infrastructure knowledge to advance Celestica’s industrial technology in Newmarket.
