Role: Industrial Electrician / Controls Technician Location - Hamilton, ON License: Red Seal 442A Key Responsibilities: Design and update electrical drawings and control schematics. Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD/drive, motor controls, sensors, and relays. Develop instrumentation and control system specifications.

Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, testing, and preventive maintenance. Inspect electrical/electronic equipment for safety and regulatory compliance. Support projects from controls hardware design through PLC programming and commissioning.

Work with automated systems and industrial process controls. Follow all HSE, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: Red Seal 442A Industrial Electrician or Electrical Engineering/Technologist background. 6+ years of PLC controls experience.

Strong

Allen-Bradley Logix experience; Siemens S7 is preferred.

Experience with automation, process control, commissioning, and electrical troubleshooting. Able to work independently with robust problem-solving skills. Good communication, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills.
