Lead industrial engineering at TJX Canada’s Mississauga home office, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and workforce optimization expertise. Improve distribution operations through process-focused leadership.

As Industrial Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering activities and build a process improvement mentality within the distribution center. Partner with the IE group, Facilities, and Operations to improve efficiency, maintain labour standards, and reduce costs. You will also develop regional and national projects across divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead labour standards and workforce optimization model development

Conduct labour studies, productivity assessments, and workflow analyses

Develop allocation strategies balancing operations and financial objectives





Evaluate automation and technology solutions for productivity

Lead testing of labour models and planning enhancements

Requirements

Five or more years of related Industrial Engineering experience

Prior team management and distribution center experience

Industrial Engineering or related post-secondary education

Solid Excel, Access, Visio, and Microsoft Office skills

Experience with MOST, Standards Pro, or equivalent systems
