Support JLL’s Cambridge facility as an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor focused on safety, preventive maintenance, and team leadership. This is an onsite role.

The Assistant Maintenance

Manager leads mechanics while working with robotics and controls systems technicians. You will maintain client-centric relationships, meet operational KPIs, and oversee work orders, inventory, cleanliness, and facility maintenance. The role also supports difficult problem resolution, outside contractors, budgets, and project cost analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain protected working environments with onsite EHS Meet operational KPIs, including labor tracking Oversee cleanliness, inventory, and daily audits Provide performance feedback and written appraisals Travel as required for network support Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous leadership experience Industrial machinery maintenance experience Electrical systems and electronic controls experience Authorization to work without company sponsorship Bring industrial maintenance, leadership, and safety experience to JLL’s customer-focused Cambridge facility support team.
