The Role

We're looking for a certified Millwright who takes pride in keeping equipment running right. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll be a key part of a hands-on maintenance team responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant machinery and equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures and executing repairs efficiently. Completing scheduled and corrective work orders across all associated equipment. Identifying parts needed for repairs and replacements.

Dismantling, modifying, and maintaining equipment as required. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and plans. Testing newly installed and existing machinery to optimize performance.

Operating hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment. Maintaining full compliance with regulatory and safety standards at all times. Flagging safety and quality issues as they arise.

What You Bring

Red Seal Millwright certification is required — no exceptions.

Refrigeration

Operator (RO) certification is preferred. If you don't have it yet,



we'll cover training after 3 months and add a dollar premium once you're certified. Strong troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Reliable, accountable, and able to manage your time without hand-holding. Comfortable working in a meat processing setting (this one matters — please be honest with yourself before applying). Manufacturing experience is a definite asset.
