Dig Insights seeks a Director, Insights to deliver final reports, strategic findings, summaries, and recommendations to the VP. You will troubleshoot project issues, coordinate Dig team members, and oversee complete project management. The role also includes proposal support, client relationship development, and research coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver final reports with findings, summaries, and recommendations

Provide project updates and recommend additional analysis

Troubleshoot project problems with Dig team members

Oversee project delivery against design, quality, and timing

Support selling through proposals and client relationships

Requirements

Seven or more years of relevant direct experience

Relevant degree or post-graduate program completion

Proficiency with SPSS, Q, or comparable tabulation software

Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Independent and team-oriented project management capability
