This Chief Executive

Officer role carries accountability for brokerage strategy, operations, performance, and growth. You will strengthen service delivery, sales and marketing, third-party insurer relationships, compliance, and internal controls. The position also represents the brokerage and credit union through insurance industry boards, committees, and working groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and monitor brokerage service delivery standards
- Build sales, marketing, and business development routines
- Manage relationships with insurance companies, including MPI




- Ensure compliance and internal control standards
- Represent the brokerage on industry committees Requirements:
- Level 3 Nominee licence required
- Life, Accident and Sickness licensing is an asset
- Ten or more years of job-related experience
- Five years leading qualified staff minimum
