Key Responsibilities

Establish and monitor brokerage service delivery standards

Build sales, marketing, and business development routines

Manage relationships with insurance companies, including MPI

Requirements

Level 3 Nominee licence required

Life, Accident and Sickness licensing is an asset

Ten or more years of job-related experience

Five years leading qualified staff minimum

Demonstrated client service and communication success
