Manage complex insurance defence and subrogation files
Represent the organization in mediations, motions, and trials

Requirements
Approximately eight years post-call legal experience preferred
Approximately seven years directly relevant experience may qualify
Experience managing complex disputes toward trial
Knowledge of Alberta court rules and procedures
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
