The Business Development Manager owns the end-to-end growth pipeline for a defined geographic region. The position identifies, qualifies, and secures contracts while deepening existing program relationships. It connects market intelligence, partnership development, and customer needs to expand the TacCIS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market size, trend, and competitor analysis

Build strategic chance pipelines and business cases

Identify and onboard strategic channel partners





Develop value-based proposals with solution architects and engineering

Represent International TacCIS at industry conferences

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field

Strong understanding of the Land C5ISR market

Defence industry experience with successful long-cycle sales

International defense sales and procurement process experience

Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain security clearance
