Guide complex engagements while developing client relationships and business growth across the tax practice.As a Tax Managing Director within International Tax, you will advise corporate international clients on planning, research, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing. You will manage technical quality, mentor professionals, support business development, and coordinate integrated service across RSM Canada.

This senior role requires extensive public accounting experience and strong communication.Key Responsibilities:





Advise clients across the full International Tax services spectrumManage corporate international client needs for global tax servicesReview complex tax returns and oversee technical qualityMentor employees through coaching and timely performance feedbackDrive revenue, cross selling, and new tax practice clientsRequirements:

BA or BS degree, preferably Accounting or related fieldActive CPA or LLB/JD in valuable standingAt least twelve years public accounting International Tax experienceUnderstanding of tax law, rules, accounting, and preparationExperience with T1134, T2, T106, NR forms, FAPI, and Pillar TwoBring International Tax leadership, technical expertise, and client development skills to RSM Canada’s global tax practice.
