Lead inventory control at Rexall, using advanced Excel, risk analysis, and retail finance expertise across a multi-location pharmacy network.Reporting to the Senior Director, Controller, the Inventory Manager oversees retail inventory and store processes within Rexall Pharmacy Group. This finance business partner develops controls, analyzes shrink, and supports process improvement across departments. The position partners frequently with senior management and leads Inventory Control and Inventory Reconciliation teams.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement retail inventory control processesEnsure accurate, timely inventory transactions and adjustmentsManage inventory reporting, analysis,



and management commentaryDirect physical inventory scheduling and reconciliation activitiesInvestigate discrepancies and identify receiving or system root causesRequirements:

University degree in accounting, finance, business, or supply chainMinimum five years progressive inventory or retail finance experiencePeople leadership experience in related inventory disciplinesAdvanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with large, multi-location retail and physical inventoriesApply inventory accounting, shrink analysis, and leadership skills as Rexall’s finance partner for retail inventory performance.
