Your role

- Answer calls from our clients and respond to their questions.
- Recommend personalized savings solutions based on each client’s profile.
- Listen carefully to clients’ needs and resolve situations that can sometimes be complex.
- Provide advice and offer investment solutions.
- Connect with our clients to build lasting business relationships.
- Refer clients to your colleagues for specialized needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards.

The Client Contact Centre is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All employees are required to work two closing shifts per week.

Your team

This position reports to the Investment Solutions Manager, and you’ll be part of a team of investment advisors and specialists.

Your training and development

You’ll begin with full-time, on-site training. This will give you the opportunity to experience the call centre environment and get to know your colleagues. The training program uses a hands-on learning approach to help you become familiar with your role, our products, and our technologies.

Requirements

- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Hold a Mutual Fund Representative licence (MFR). You must obtain it within six weeks of starting the position.
- Experience in customer service, along with an inclusive attitude and respectful behaviour toward individual differences.
