Work across investment operations, data, and technology as an Advisor at PSP Investments, supporting global platforms from the Montréal business office.

This position acts as a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, helping implement and continuously improve operational capabilities. You will address system dependencies, production issues, business requirements, testing, documentation, and transitions supporting investment functions. English and French communication is required for local and international interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Translate operational needs into requirements and actionable follow-ups

Coordinate operational readiness and successful change integration

Provide daily production and incident support for investment platforms

Prepare support models, transition materials, runbooks,



and documentation

Collaborate across Public Markets, Private Markets, and Accounting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant finance, business, or systems field

At least five years of relevant investment operations experience

Solid understanding of settlement, counterparty, collateral, and reference data

System implementation, migration, or transformation support experience

Bilingual English and French communication skills are required

Use investment operations knowledge, technology coordination, and operational documentation skills to support PSP Investments’ evolving platforms.
