Vos tâches

- Consultations de première ligne par téléphone (la vidéo s’ajoute bientôt) : infections courantes, grippe, rhume et sinusite, renouvellements d’ordonnance, gestion du poids, renouvellement TDAH, santé générale.
- Demandes sans rendez-vous par messagerie sécurisée : billets médicaux, renouvellements simples.
- Rédaction des notes, ordonnances, billets, réquisitions, références et formulaires dans le portail. Nos patients reçoivent leurs documents en moins de 24 heures.
- Lecture des résultats de laboratoire et suivi clinique de vos patients.

Votre profil

- IPS en soins de première ligne inscrite au tableau de l’OIIQ, avec certificat de spécialiste (les candidates IPS ne sont pas admissibles).
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience comme IPS.
- Français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. L’anglais est requis pour assurer les consultations et le suivi des patients anglophones du Québec, par téléphone et par messagerie sécurisée.
- À l’aise avec la télémédecine et les outils numériques.
- Un endroit calme et confidentiel, et une connexion Internet fiable.

MedVibe is a young Quebec online medical clinic. Our patients in Quebec see a nurse practitioner or physician by phone or secure messaging, and get their prescription sent to their pharmacy and their note or requisition in their account. We are looking for a bilingual Quebec primary care NP for 10 to 15 hours a week, working from home anywhere in Quebec.

What we offer

- $100 per hour, fixed rate for every hour on your schedule, whether or not all your slots are booked.
- 10 to 15 hours a week, on the schedule you choose, within our opening hours, every day from 8 a.m. to midnight. Evenings and weekends are especially welcome.
- Fully remote. No commute, no office.
- Compatible with a public-sector position, subject to your employer’s rules.
- A complete clinical portal with patient chart, intake questionnaire completed before the visit, note and document templates, patient messaging and calendar. AI scribes are allowed for your notes.
- No admin work. The team handles booking, payment, pharmacy transmission and document follow-up.




- No RAMQ billing.

What you will do

- Primary care visits by phone (video coming soon): common infections, flu, colds and sinusitis, prescription renewals, weight management, ADHD renewals, general health.
- Asynchronous requests through secure messaging: medical notes, straightforward renewals.
- Write notes, prescriptions, medical notes, requisitions, referrals and forms in the portal. Our patients get their documents in under 24 hours.
- Review lab results and follow up with your patients.

Who you are

- Primary care nurse practitioner (IPSPL) on the OIIQ roll, holding the specialist certificate (NP candidates are not eligible).
- At least 2 years of experience as an NP.
- French and English, spoken and written. English is required to consult with and follow up with English-speaking patients in Quebec by phone and secure messaging.
- Comfortable with telemedicine and digital tools.
- A quiet, private workspace and a reliable internet connection.
