Maybe you've used AI to turn an idea into a working prototype. Maybe you've built an agent, experimented with generative interfaces, explored voice or multimodal experiences, or found new ways to move from Figma into functioning front-end code.

AI Native Experience Designer , you'll work alongside designers, engineers, strategists and clients to imagine and create the next generation of intelligent digital experiences.

You'll combine human-centered design, critical thinking and strong design craft with a growing technical fluency. You'll explore new interaction patterns enabled by AI, rapidly prototype ideas, test them with people, and help turn the most promising concepts into real experiences.

You don't need to be a software engineer. Design compelling AI-native products, services and digital experiences , from early concepts through high-fidelity and functional prototypes.

Bring ideas to life for clients, helping them see and experience what AI makes possible rather than simply talking about it.

Share what you learn and contribute to the evolution of AI-native design practices across Valtech.

in experience design, product design, interaction design, UX/UI or a related discipline.

A strong portfolio demonstrating digital experience design and your ability to move from problem definition through concept, interaction design and execution .

Figma, prototyping, interaction design and design systems .

using AI as part of how you design, prototype or create .

Hands-on experimentation with generative AI, AI-assisted design tools, coding tools or emerging prototyping platforms.

Strong foundations in human-centered design, user journeys, information architecture, usability and user research .

Enough technical fluency to understand how up-to-date digital experiences are built and to collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Most importantly,



a demonstrated curiosity about AI and a habit of Used AI to take a design concept all the way to a working front-end prototype .

AI agent, copilot, conversational interface or generative experience .

voice, image, video or other multimodal AI experiences .

Worked directly with an LLM or AI API, or understand concepts such as Designed experiences that account for the uncertainty and non-deterministic behavior of AI.

trust, understanding and control Contributed to a design system or helped translate design systems into working interfaces.

Built side projects, hackathon projects or experiments simply because you wanted to understand what a new technology could do.

Developed strong opinions about what separates an AI experience that is genuinely useful from one that is simply impressive.

You have strong foundations in experience design. You see prototypes, code and AI-assisted development as additional materials you can use to explore an experience.

When a new AI capability appears, you want to understand it by using it.

You don't begin with the assumed limitations of AI. You recognize that AI does not replace judgment.

You challenge assumptions, interrogate problems and understand that sometimes the best experience uses AI extensively and sometimes the best solution doesn't need AI at all.

You'll work in an environment where design, technology and creativity intersect, alongside people who fundamentally believe in learning by making.
