Weld large mining equipment at Weldco Heavy Industries in Fort McKay, using GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW across available shift schedules. WHI seeks Journeymen Welders for its steel fabrication and repair facility in Fort McKay Caribou Energy Park. You will repair and rebuild heavy haul truck boxes, dozer blades, and shovel clam and backwall dippers. The work requires blueprint interpretation, oxy/fuel cutting, electric welding machines, and various wire sizes.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair and rebuild heavy haul truck boxes

- Use oxy/fuel cutting equipment and electric welding machines
- Support a clean, organized, and secure workplace Requirements:
- Red Seal or Alberta Journeyperson Welder Certification
- Proficiency using GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW in all positions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Valid fall protection, elevated work platform, and BSO/CSO certifications
