About the Role

We are looking for a

Junior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. You will work with more experienced developers to design, build, and maintain web applications, on the backend with

Java and Spring and on the frontend with

Angular

. It’s a good opportunity to grow within a microservices architecture using modern development practices.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain

REST APIs using Java and Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).

- Help build microservices and integrate services with each other.

- Write and optimize

SQL queries and work with relational data models.

- Build the persistence layer with

Hibernate/JPA

.

- Process and transform data in

JSON and

XML formats.

- Build responsive user interfaces with

Angular

,

HTML

,

CSS and

JavaScript/TypeScript

.

- Connect the frontend to backend services through REST APIs.

- Write unit tests and help with debugging and bug fixing.

- Take part in code reviews, agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Degree (or current studies) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- 0–2 years of software development experience (internships, academic and personal projects count).

- Knowledge of

Java and object-oriented programming.

- Basic knowledge of

Spring / Spring Boot

.

- Working knowledge of

SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL,



Oracle or SQL Server).

- Familiarity with

Hibernate/JPA

.

- Understanding of

REST APIs and the

JSON and

XML formats.

- Basic understanding of microservices architecture

.

- Knowledge of

Angular

,

HTML5

,

CSS3

and

JavaScript

(TypeScript is a plus).

- Basic use of

Git

.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Maven or Gradle.

- Testing with JUnit and Mockito, or Jasmine and Karma on the frontend.

- API tools such as Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD or cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

- Familiarity with RxJS and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular Material.

- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

- Spanish/English bilingual skills.
