Lead Building Automation Systems and site operations as Convergint’s Working Foreman at the Kearl Site in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

This full-time position serves as Convergint’s primary on-site representative for the IOL Kearl Service and Maintenance Contract. You will coordinate customers, contractors, trades, projects, and maintenance activities while supporting BAS integration. The work includes field leadership, technical assistance, safety oversight, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Convergint’s primary in office Kearl representative

Coordinate maintenance, project activities, contractors, and tenant work

Lead BAS standards, integration, documentation, and system stewardship

Support commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and deficiency resolution





Promote safe work and stop unsafe activities when required

Requirements

Extensive industrial BAS and building-controls maintenance experience

Knowledge of HVAC sequences, controllers, networks, alarms, and graphics

Experience leading or coordinating trades and field personnel

Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work safely in active industrial environments
