The Role
We’re hiring a Kitchen Helper to support daily meal prep and kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, stays organized, and works well without constant supervision.
You’ll assist with food preparation, organization, cleanliness, and occasionally help customers during meal pickups.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with meal prep and basic cooking tasks
- Portion, label, and organize prepared meals
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the team during busy production periods
- Receive and organize ingredients and supplies
- Occasionally assist customers with pickups or basic questions
- Help improve kitchen organization and workflow
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling
- Self-motivated - you see what needs to be done and take action
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
