Summary In this position, as a Landscaping and General Maintenance Handyman or Handywoman, you’ll help care for the property’s outdoor areas and general maintenance needs of the company's businesses.

- Marina Garden Estates Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team. You will assist with the upkeep and maintenance of Landscaping around our corporate property. Also responsible for general maintenance needs of the Marina, boat yard, commercial properties, rental properties and golf course facilities. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- · Maintain the landscaping around the corporate building, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and debris removal.
- - Perform general maintenance marina facilities, docks, buildings, and grounds.

- Perform basic Electrical or plumbing repairs if required
- · Maintain cleanliness of common areas, parking lots, washrooms, and work yard facilities.
- · Assist with painting, pressure washing, and minor carpentry projects.
- · Support boat yard operations as required.




- · Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- · Assist with seasonal maintenance projects and facility improvements.
- · Remove garbage and recycling from various properties.
- · Perform routine inspections and report maintenance issues.
- · Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies.
- · Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications · Previous Landscaping experience, and maintenance experience, construction, landscaping, or general labour experience is considered an asset to us.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Valid Class 5 Driver's License is required.

· Ability to safely lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.

· Reliable transportation to and from work.

Schedule

· 40 hours per week

· Schedule flexibility is required to support marina and golf course operations.

· Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays from time to time as required.
