You will guide a team of engineers, ensuring projects meet performance, efficiency, emissions, and cost targets. Lead the design, development, and integration of automotive powertrain systems (ICE, EV, HEV).

Manage and mentor a team of powertrain engineers, providing technical direction and fostering a collaborative environment.

Oversee powertrain calibration and optimization for performance, fuel economy, and emissions compliance.

Develop and execute test plans for powertrain components and systems, including bench testing and vehicle integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chassis, electrical, and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration.





Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for project reviews and management.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive powertrain engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.

Proficiency in powertrain control strategies, calibration, and diagnostics.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate engineering teams.
