This Lead Data Analyst opportunity supports a national association serving Canada’s electricity sector. You will guide reliability intelligence programs, develop reporting, and collaborate with utility representatives, industry committees, and internal teams. The contract is full-time, approximately 13 months, with three days onsite weekly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead data collection, validation, analysis, and annual reliability reporting

Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and actionable visualizations

Oversee data governance, requirements, databases, and reporting improvements

Coordinate industry committees, meetings, communications, and member follow-up





Coach team members, delegate responsibilities, and establish priorities

Requirements

Previous data analytics experience, preferably with team leadership

Advanced Power BI, DAX, visualization, and dashboard development expertise

Robust SQL, database, Excel, and Microsoft Office knowledge

University degree or college diploma with project management knowledge

Excellent English, organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
