We're looking for a seasoned Monitoring & Observability Lead to drive enterprise-wide monitoring strategy, event management and proactive infrastructure operations.

Location: Canada – Remote (EST Hours)

Employment: Contract

Rate: CAD 48/hr – All Inclusive

- ServiceNow ITOM, ACC, CMDB & Event Management
- LogicMonitor & Recent Relic
- Enterprise Monitoring & Observability
- Event Correlation, Deduplication & Alert Optimization
- ITSM Integrations & Incident Management
- AIOps, Automation & Predictive Monitoring
- Network, Server & Hybrid Infrastructure Monitoring

WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE:

- Own enterprise observability strategy and roadmap.
- Lead event management,



correlation and alert optimization.
- Integrate monitoring platforms with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
- Improve infrastructure visibility, monitoring KPIs and operational dashboards.
- Drive AIOps, automation and proactive incident prevention.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: Strong technical leadership, enterprise monitoring expertise and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, LogicMonitor and New Relic.
