As Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, you will own leadership development from potential promotion through a leader’s first year. You will design experiences for first-time managers, combining workshops, peer learning, self-directed resources, and hands-on practice. Your work helps leaders coach employees, give feedback, manage performance, and build strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Leading@, Leader 101, and foundational leadership programs

Design learning journeys for critical leadership transitions





Build peer communities and cohort-based learning experiences

Translate leadership expectations into practical tools

Measure program effectiveness and improve learning experiences

Requirements

8+ years’ relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree

Experience developing programs for first-time people leaders

Strong learning and experience design skills

Experience integrating assessments and coaching

Comfort using data and AI tools
