Job Title: LMS Operations Administrator (Docebo) Location: Canada (Must be available to work Eastern Time hours) Duration: Through January 31, 2027 (Extension likely) Start Date: ASAP Experience: 3–5 years Rate: $48-50/Hr Job Overview We are seeking an experienced LMS Operations Administrator with strong hands-on Docebo LMS/LXP administration experience. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day learning operations, including learner enrollments, course administration, learning plans, reporting, troubleshooting, and employee training support across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Docebo LMS/LXP platform. Manage learner accounts, groups, enrollments, learning plans, and course assignments. Upload, update, and maintain digital learning content.

Generate reports and dashboards to track training participation and completion. Troubleshoot LMS access, enrollment, SCORM, and reporting issues. Support employee onboarding, compliance training, and professional development programs.

Coordinate with HR,



business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve learning operations.

Required Skills &

Qualifications 3–5 years of practical LMS administration experience. Robust hands-on experience with Docebo LMS/LXP; five years as a primary administrator preferred.

Experience managing courses, enrollments, learning plans, user groups, and learner records. Strong reporting, data management, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience supporting compliance training and employee onboarding. Familiarity with SCORM, HRIS integrations, enrollment automation, and Power BI is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Note: Candidates must have hands-on LMS administration experience, with Docebo expertise being essential.
