Job Overview The Licensed Hairstylist provides personalized hair services in a welcoming, professional setting. This role combines attentive customer service, skilled hair styling, and a polished client experience, while helping guests choose products and services suited to their needs.

Responsibilities

- Consult with clients, communicate clearly about their preferences, and deliver hair styling services tailored to the agreed look.
- Maintain clean, sanitary tools and work areas, following safe hygiene practices throughout each appointment.
- Recommend relevant services and products through helpful, respectful upselling and retail sales conversations..
- Your impact: Thoughtful service and clear handoffs help clients feel cared for and keep the team’s day running smoothly.





Experience Required: Practical hair styling ability, clear communication, customer service, and consistent sanitation practices are essential for delivering safe, personalized appointments. Preferred: Related hairstyling or salon experience, confidence with retail sales and upselling, and familiarity with front desk support can strengthen the client experience and help the team coordinate service smoothly.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
