As an LPN with Covenant Health, you will practice to full scope on Unit 5, a 24-bed Orthopedic and General Surgery Unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team while supporting patients, residents, and families. The position emphasizes holistic, person-centred, culturally protected care, clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver holistic care and support to patients, residents, and families
- Coordinate care activities within your scope of practice
- Provide safe, quality post-operative care on Unit 5




- Lead teams and support effective team functioning
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Requirements:
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or recognized equivalent
- Active CLHA registration required
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C certification
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Surgical experience, C-Spine training, or advanced wound care an asset
