Duties & Responsibilities:

· Maintain standards for kitchen cleanliness & ensuring consistency of cleaning schedules

· Prep and set up of workstations and equipment

· Cook breakfast and lunch dishes with various utensils and cooking equipment

· Ensure all food/other items are properly stored

Skill Sets Required

· Knowledge of the food and beverage industry

· Strong understanding of culinary procedures & standards

· Ability to work independently & as a team

· Ability to work under pressure

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome immediate issues

· Knowledge needed for organizing and planning staff, inventory & costs

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $17.95-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate

- Lindsay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
