Shape Felix’s LLM platform from Toronto or remotely across Canada, focusing on model management, evaluation, and production reliability.This Engineering Manager role leads the AI team behind Felix’s patient and operations experiences. You will help define the roadmap while building systems for retrieval, prompt and model management, guardrails, and monitoring. You will also guide quality measurement and experimentation.Key Responsibilities:
