We take pride in creating a comfortable and supportive community where seniors can thrive, and we are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Lodge Assistant to support our daily operations and help create a positive experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and resident support
- Assist with daily lodge operations and general upkeep
- Deliver meals and support food service operations
- Support front desk and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and concerns
- Work independently during overnight shifts when required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with staff and residents
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (required)
- Previous hospitality, customer service, senior care, or lodge experience is an asset
- Valid First Aid certification is an asset
- Must be dependable and comfortable working overnight shifts
