Drive machine learning model releases for Higgs Audio, combining release planning, evaluation analysis, and issue prioritization at Boson AI.

This hands-on senior individual contributor owns the path from research to launch. You will establish documented quality bars, coordinate model changes across products and channels, and manage versioning and deprecation. The work spans evaluation reports, listening tests, latency, cost, voice-cloning similarity, and error rates across 100+ languages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set release schedules and lead documented go-no-go reviews
- Coordinate model versions across APIs, open weights, repositories, and partners
- Assess regressions through benchmarks, listening tests, latency, and cost
- Manage version names, migration guides, and deprecation notices
- Track cadence,



customer regressions, issue resolution, adoption, and satisfaction

Requirements:
- 5+ years in software project, program, or product management
- 2+ years managing technical products, including APIs or machine learning models
- Release ownership with schedules, checklists, and launch decisions
- Ability to read logs and analyze results using SQL, spreadsheets, or notebooks
- Experience releasing machine learning models is preferred
