This Staff Software Engineer develops imaging applications for complex electro-optical-mechanical systems. The position contributes across requirements, prototyping, integration, verification, production, and new product introduction. You will work with hardware teams on architecture and support imaging system testing.

Specify, simulate, test, and verify imaging systems

Develop image enhancement, filtering, detection, and discrimination algorithms

Integrate and maintain embedded Linux platforms and software

Requirements

Degree in computer science, mathematics, or related engineering discipline

Five-plus years of C/C++ and Python software development

Three-plus years developing embedded real-time C/C++ systems

Three-plus years in embedded imaging and machine vision

Robust image processing knowledge through education and experience
