Drax is seeking a Maintenance Operations Supervisor in Meadowbank, British Columbia, to lead safe maintenance, budgets, schedules, and operational accountability.

This Maintenance

Supervisor oversees plant assets and maintenance personnel while supporting short- and long-term maintenance strategies. The work includes inventory control, purchasing, contractor oversight, payroll review, and compliance. Success requires progressive leadership experience, communication strength, technical credibility, and commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure mechanical and operational assets remain safe and effective
- Maintain critical spare and consumable inventory levels
- Monitor expenses and meet the maintenance budget




- Organize schedules and review bi-weekly maintenance payroll
- Review contractor invoices and promote hazard assessments Requirements:
- At least five years of progressive leadership experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects safely and within budget
- Robust oral and written communication skills
