- Full time maintenance person.
- 2 years experience-minimum
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs
- General maintenance and repair skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Must provide a clear driver's abstract
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Robust communication and customer skills

Job Responsibilities
- Perform day to day apartment maintenance, including drywall repairs, painting, appliance repairs, plumbing and electrical work
- Basic snow removal and plowing
- Lawn maintenance and keeping garbage sheds clean and tidy
- Apartment renovations, including flooring, drywall, painting and window replacement
- Arrange and coordinate services such as regular fire alarm inspections and water meter readings

Compensation Hourly wage will be based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
