This Manager, Business Analyst role focuses on UK high-value payments across CHAPS, RTGS, and the full payment lifecycle. You will work with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Financial Crime stakeholders, and clients. Your analysis will support payment solutions, controls, governance, and delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and validate CHAPS business and functional requirements

Analyze initiation, routing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception flows

Support RTGS and ISO 20022 messaging initiatives

Define controls, dashboards, reporting, and audit trails





Lead workshops and support SIT, UAT, and implementation

Requirements

Five-plus years’ banking or financial services analysis experience

Robust CHAPS, UK payments, RTGS, and settlement knowledge

Strong ISO 20022 messaging and payment data knowledge

Experience with sanctions screening, AML, and exception management

Agile delivery, UAT, stakeholder, analytical, and communication skills
