We are seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG), the largest real estate private equity fund administrator by funds administered. You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation Manage and review the daily cash, accounting and financial reporting for the REIT Prepare and review financial statements including but not limited to balance sheet, income statement, stockholder equity, statement of cash flows Prepare and review general ledger and work paper files including capital activity, investment activity, income, and expense accruals, etc. Help manage quarterly, year-end audit process and support external auditors and tax teams with requested financials Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field is required ~5+ years of fund accounting experience, including experience with REITs and/or real estate private equity funds ~ CPA, CFA or parts passed towards completion Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field Experience using Yardi including Fixed Asset, Debt module Experience with NAV calculations,



including management and performance fee calculations Joint Venture/ Non-controlling Interest experience Working knowledge of Derivatives, Interest Rate swap, Credit Default Swaps Loans, Tax Liens, MSRs experience We do not discriminate on the basis of veteran or disability status or any protected characteristics under federal, state, or local law.
