Support automated material handling equipment in customer warehouses as a field-focused Mechatronic Technician. Coordinate installations, maintenance, and repairs for system uptime.

This customer service team member works in residence at customer locations and distribution centers. You will maintain mechanical automated systems, support production equipment, and assist with installations, modifications, and machine builds. Occasional travel supports paid training, installations, and vacation relief.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate in office automated system installation and maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance and production equipment repairs
- Support new machine builds and system modifications
- Maintain hardware project standards and tools




- Travel between sites for training and installations

Requirements:

- Mechanical technology, electromechanical, or similar credential
- Valid driver’s license for customer site work
- One to three years of automation maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
- Availability for rotating shifts and extended service hours
