As a Local Business Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high-value micro businesses and their owners. You will assess lending requests, renewals, amendments, and security while providing integrated financial solutions. Networking and revenue generation support lasting customer relationships and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete due diligence and investigate financial information
- Assess security and recommend new or amended loans
- Negotiate revised banking arrangements with customers and prospects
- Refer business and personal needs to Prospera lines of business




- Contact customers and resolve emerging portfolio issues

Requirements:

- Two years’ small business management or lending experience
- Three years’ retail lending experience may also qualify
- Proven success generating revenue and achieving targets
- Robust organizational, presentation, and written communication skills
- Post-secondary Commerce or Business Administration education, or equivalent experience
