Oversee engine repair operations for FTAI Aviation’s CFM56 and V2500 portfolio, coordinating suppliers, availability, and delivery performance.

The Supervisor, Vendor & Repair Services provides leadership for LRU and Engine Accessory repair services within FTAI’s Supply Chain function. The role supports product availability and operational objectives for production and MRO/MRE operations. It combines repair-order execution, supplier communication, process improvement, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage repair orders from same-day processing through delivery
- Resolve revised delivery dates and contract compliance issues
- Collaborate on solutions for repair orders and material availability
- Prepare performance metrics, reports, spreadsheets,



and presentations
- Support corrective actions for supplier and operational issues

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years in aerospace, repair management, or supply chain
- Solid knowledge of Maintenance Operations and Engine Repair Cycles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Fluent English and French, written and spoken
