This Industrial Millwright works as part of the maintenance team in a corrugated box manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the position combines predictive and preventative maintenance with breakdown response and troubleshooting. Responsibilities extend to boiler systems, heating, steam, energy supply, foundation work, bearing fits, minor electrical repairs, and occupational health and safety support. The role supports a 24/7 operation and requires rotating four-days-on, four-days-off day and night shifts. Successful applicants must provide a satisfactory criminal background check and pre-employment medical.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support predictive, preventative,



and production equipment maintenance
- Respond safely to plant equipment and facility breakdowns
- Determine required bearing fits and complete foundation work
- Handle heavy equipment safely during maintenance activities
- Assist with occupational health and safety program development

Requirements:

- Licensed Industrial Millwright 433A
- High school diploma and technical knowledge
- PLC programming and String Control experience
- Three to five years in Canadian manufacturing
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
