This Senior Payroll Specialist role combines payroll leadership with reporting and systems support. You will maintain employee data, prepare headcount and salary information, and deliver recruitment reports and ad-hoc HR dashboards. The role also includes documentation, training videos, testing, internal audits, and assistance with HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce scheduled payroll reports and analytics
- Prepare headcount, workforce, and salary reports
- Maintain employee data across HR systems
- Support systems upgrades, testing, and documentation
- Develop training videos for HR system users

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years leading payroll functions
- Related post-secondary education
- Mandatory ADP Workforce Now experience
- SAP experience considered an asset
- Strong organization and time management skills
