Use threat intelligence, geopolitical monitoring, and digital tools to strengthen Canada Life’s protective security services. This permanent full time role can be based in London, Toronto, or Winnipeg.

The Manager assesses emerging risks and turns complex information into actionable guidance for leaders and business partners. Responsibilities span risk intelligence requests, physical security assessments, incident management, executive briefings, reporting, and service delivery. The role also oversees technology-enabled workflow improvements and TSCM activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor geopolitical, physical security, and emerging threats
- Provide timely, actionable advice and risk-based recommendations
- Triage requests, assign work, and escalate significant security issues




- Use Microsoft 365 tools to improve workflows and reporting
- Support awareness activities, executive briefings, and risk reporting

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressively responsible physical security experience
- Education in intelligence, emergency management, risk management, or related discipline
- Ability to assess sensitive issues and exercise sound judgement
- Strong digital literacy and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Reliability Status Security Clearance required as a condition of employment
